Hard graft - while we realise that in some cultures this can sound like a particularly challenging surgical procedure, more colloquially it refers to good old-fashioned hard work – and we’re never shy of rolling up our sleeves, getting stuck in and doing whatever needs doing to get the job done.

Pleasingly irreverent - as executives move up the hierarchy, their juniors can become increasingly unwilling to speak up and say what they’re thinking. It might seem very respectful but it’s not always very helpful. We tackle the hard issues, the undiscussables, and find that injecting a little light heartedness and irreverence along the way can make the process much more enjoyable and that much easier for people to speak up.
